Nanaquaket Yoga Studio and Firefly Yoga & Wellness Events are collaborating to bring you a one-day market in September focused on Yoga & Wellness. Nanaquaket Yoga Studio (NYS) is honored to collaborate with the Tiverton Farmer’s Market to offer a day of wellness, yoga, community, live music along with the opportunity to support our local artist, vendors, and enjoy delicious food - grown from Mother Earth on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Hours: 10am - 1:30pm
Please join Nanaquaket Yoga Studio's lead teachers Rachael Frodyma and Patti Doyle for a complimentary, All Levels Yoga class at 10am or 11:30am. Each class will be 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket/yoga mat, water and sunscreen if needed. Look for the lawn signs at Tiverton Middle School directing you to the location of the “YOGA CLASS”. There will also be Prayer flags placed to assist you in finding our location as well.
What is an “All Levels Yoga Class”? This class is designed for all students with the willingness to come with an open mind and explore a variety of yoga postures, breath work and body awareness. It’s been more than two years since we’ve come together as a community in an event such as this and we are SO excited to be together again. What a perfect setting for those who are curious about yoga and how it may benefit them. Our motto at NYS is “Progress, Not Perfection”. We hope to see you there - please stop by our booth at the Market Place to pick up a schedule, meet some of our teachers, and learn about our upcoming events and Yoga Teacher Training Program.
