Pablo absolutely love empanadas!

or over a decade, he been chasing the perfect empanada. Eventually, he decided to craft his own recipes since he couldn’t find what he was looking for. Fast forward to 2018, he left his professional corporate career to start this small and humble business, which he named The Perfect Empanada.

In November 2021, he launched the business out of Hope & Main in Warren, RI and is proud and excited to now offer their Artisanal Gourmet Empanadas.
